Risks and Risk Assessments
Everything we do in life involves a risk of some sort, and we are all well used to (perhaps unconsciously) assessing the risk of an activity before undertaking it. As an organisation, we owe a duty of care to our membership to be more conscious of potential risks, and to take steps to minimise risk wherever practicable. Each Group Leader should take time to identify the risks associated with their group's activities, look for ways to reduce those risks, and share that risk assessment with their group members.
