Aims and Objectives of the group:

To play games of 10-pin bowling against each member in the group on 2nd Wednesday monthly, and to use this as a social meeting point to make friends

Any expertise needed:

None

Equipment needed:

No equipment needed. Bring £3, or £3.50 to include a coffee/tea afterwards.

You may like to wear trainer socks and bring your own water bottle, or you can buy soft or alcoholic drinks while you're there.

Maximum number permitted in the group: No fixed limit - until the bowling alley run out of lanes!

A brief description of a typical meeting:

Meet at the venue, each person to buy a £3 (one game) Prime Timer ticket at reception, change into venue's bowling shoes, and then play a game in teams with U3A group as directed by leader. Socialise with group whilst playing.
