Jane describes her daily life on their family run dairy farm near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire, with all the trials and tribulations of working with their 260 dairy herd and all the 160 young stock followers.

Hear about the breeding of baby calves and the various bulls on farm. Fascinating to learn all their milk is sold to and made into Blue Stilton cheese at Long Clawson Dairy.

This talk is full of funny stories and real life anecdotes, quotes & personal experiences with family tales thrown in for good measure. It may even have a cheesy ending.
