Thame is an historic market town in the heart of Oxfordshire. Like many traditional market towns Thame grew from Anglo-Saxon roots but has since developed its own individual character whilst preserving its rich history; ancient medieval buildings stand alongside Georgian and Victorian architecture. You can also visit Thame Museum. On the 2nd Tuesday of each month the regular market is joined by Thame Local Produce Market with stalls displaying an incredible range of produce from local areas and further afield. 

Thame is one of the most frequently used film locations for the popular ITV series, Midsomer Murders!
