Bath is a city in Somerset known for and named after its famous Roman- built baths. Now a UNESCO World Heritage Site it is renowned for its beautiful Georgian architecture crafted from Bath stone. Attractions include the spas, canal boat tours, Royal Crescent, Bath Skyline and beautiful Parade Gardens and Royal Victoria Park. There are several museums to visit including the Jane Austen Centre, the Herschel Museum of Astronomy and of course the Roman Baths as well as numerous places to have a meal or indulge in a special afternoon tea. One good way to view the city is to go on an open topped Hop on, Hop off bus. Bath is often used for filming and most recently has been seen in Bridgerton for example.
