A brief description of a typical meeting:
We will start with a short warm up then move on to simple yoga movements interspersed with exercises to develop muscle strength, using either your own body weight or individual weights. Each person will gradually develop their ability at their own pace, e.g. some may do full press ups whilst others will push away from the wall. Afterwards we have time for a cuppa and a chat.
To see tangible progress, some practice at home is advisable!
