I hope that you are able to come and enjoy the AGM on Monday. Please remember that the pre-meeting activities such as booking coach trips will close at 1.45 to enable everyone to participate in the AGM when it starts at 2 o'clock. Go into the church as early as possible to enjoy the ukuleles who will be performing before the start of the AGM. The choir will perform when the formal AGM finishes.

Preparing  for the AGM

Please can you help us prepare the venue by doing tasks such as setting out tables and chairs, placing reserved seating notices etc. before we open the doors at 1.15. I shall be there from 12.15 doing the preparation, a few extra hands would ensure we can be fully prepared on schedule. Please email me chair@dunstableu3a.org.uk if you are able to help.

Helping during the meeting - Tellers Required

The AGM includes voting on elections and decisions.  To ensure that these are correct, honest and fair we need a few tellers to assess the show of hands in the different areas of the hall. Please email me chair@dunstableu3a.org.uk if you are able to help.
