A new group has been suggested, to be called "Smart Samaritans". This is intended to be a mutual help group, where people can offer their skills, and trade use of those skills with other members who have different skills. For example, one person may be able to sew up a hem, or adjust the size of clothing, while another may be able to replace a watch battery.
